Only by strengthening the financial management,business management may only enter a virtuous circle track, and promotethelarge-scaledevelopment.However, due to the traditional systemandtheexternalmacro-economicandotherfactors,thefinancialmanagement situation is not optimistic. Mainly from private enterprise financial management system, investment and financing, quality of personnel and financial management, analysis of the financial management of private enterprises in a number of problems, both of these issues for the corresponding measures to promote rapid and healthy development of private enterprises.
