门式钢架厂房设计方案.docx

本设计是轻型钢结构厂房，釆用的是轻型门式钢架体系，建筑质量轻，强度高且跨 度大，钢结构建筑施工工期较短，相应的降低投资成本，在国有着较为广泛的应用前景。 轻型钢结构屋面荷载较轻，所以杆件截面较小、较薄。它除了具有普通钢结构自重较轻、 材质均匀、加工制造简单、应力计算准确可靠、运输安装方便、工业化程度高等特点外, 还具有用料较省、取材方便、自重更轻等优点。 本设计主要为结构设计。结构设计部分包括结构选型和布置、荷载计算、吊车梁设 计、抗风柱设计、標条和墙梁设计、门式钢架设计、支撑设计、基础设计、节点设计。 各部分都详细演算了主要构件的计算过程。 本次设计图纸部分有：结构设计说明书、厂房平面图、立面剖面、节点详图、刚架 施工图、吊车梁施工图、厂房標条墙梁布置图、支撑布置图、基础平面布置图。 关键词：轻型钢结构厂房；门式刚架；结构设计；门式钢架设计C Abstract The design for the light steel structure plant, the use of light portal frame system, the construction of light steel structure light weight, high strength, large-span, steel structure construction period short, lower investment costs, economic benefits.
