YL 、YLKK 系列中型高压三相异步电动机（机座号 355-630 ）的功率等级、电气性能和安装 尺寸及
公差均符合国家标准 GB755 旋转电机定额和性能 、国际电工委员会标准 IEC34-1 旋转 电机定额和性
能和机械行业标准 JB/T7593 、JB/T10315.1 、JB/T10315.2 等 .
本系列电动机的外壳防护等级根据 GB4942.1 和 IEC34-5 旋转电机外壳防护等级 的标准分 别有
IP23 、IP44 和 IP54 四种.
电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构 , 机座和端盖均由钢板焊接而成 , 刚度好、重量轻 .
定子采用外压装结构 . 定子绕组采用 F 级绝缘材料和防晕材料 , 绕组端部固定采用特别绑扎 工艺、牢
固可靠 , 整个定子采用真空压力浸漆 F 级无溶剂漆（ VPI ）处理 . 由此, 电动机具有优 良可靠的绝缘性能和
防潮、抗冲击水平 .
本系列电动机鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种 . 铸铝转子由纯铝浇铸而成 , 无转子断条现象 , 使 用可靠；电
动机转子采用铜笼转子时转子导条与端环采用中频焊接 , 且转子铜条经槽内紧固工艺 处理 , 因而具有较高
的可靠性 .
YL 、YLKK Series,medium size high Voltage,three-phase asynchronous motors(Frame No.355-630)

technic requirement 〉, International Electrical committee standard IEC34-1 ? Rotating electric motor rating
and property 〉and machinery-profession standards JB/T/7593 JB/T10315.1etc.
The grade of protection for outer cover in accordance with GB4942 and IEC34-5 〈Rotating electric
motor outer cover protective grad ⑨ standard,there are four grades ie IP23 IP44 and IP54.
The construction of these series is a world wide current tank shape.the motors grame is made of steel
plate and welded into a form,thus the rigidiy is good and with a light weight.
The stator with outer-press-assembly structure is adopted.stator is made of F-grade insulation and
electric-crown proof material,a special banding technology is used for winding end part fastening.the whole
stator is treated by VPI with F grade solution technology.by this means motor will
