题目 我国新能源上市公司的资本 结构分析与对策研究 我国新能源上市公司的资本结构分析与对策研究 摘 要 我国新能源行业属于朝阳产业,无论是市场要素还是政策要素,新能源行业都面临着一个前所未有的好环境,发展潜力巨大,但是与发达国家相比,仍然存在很大差距。国内大部分新能源行业上市公司的规模还不大,产业结构不甚合理,因此关于新能源上市公司的资本结构分析与对策研究具有十分重大的意义。资本结构是现代企业投融资研究的核心问题，合理的资本结构有利于实现企业价值最大化。本文运用比较研究法和文献研究法，通过对公司的负债结构和股权结构进行分析来发现公司资本结构在股权结构和债务结构中存在的问题并提出优化的建议。 关键词：资本结构；优化分析；企业绩效 ABSTRACT China’s new energy industry is a sunrise industry. Both the market factors and political factors the new energy industry is facing an unprecedented good environment for the development of huge potential but compared with developed countries there is still a bug gap. Most of the domestic listed companies in the new energy on a small scale industrial is not reasonable and some is therefore turn transformation of capital structure analysis and countermrasure reasearch has very important significance on New Energy Listed Companies. Reasonable capital structure to maximize enterprise value. This paper uses comparative research method and literature research method in the equity structure and the debt structure of the problem and put forward optimized suggestions, which can promote the development of enterprises, improve economic efficiency, to achieve corporate strategic objectives.
