题目新形势下乡镇企业资金管理问题及对策 新形势下乡镇企业资金管理问题及对策 摘 要 从1978年十一届三中全会以来，中国的社会经济发展得特别快。乡镇企业的地位也逐渐增高，随着社会环境变迁，其所在的环境也越来越不一样。国家的支持、经济的发展、科技的进步、农民知识水平的提高等因素，为乡镇企业的发展提供了新的机遇。发展环境的改变、投资中遇到的新的问题等原因，也让乡镇企业面对着新的挑战。可以说，乡镇企业的发展环境和形势处于一种较新的状态。助力乡镇规模较小的企业快速发展的一个关键，即要将其资金方面所存在的缺漏处理得当。提出解决关于乡镇企业资金管理中存在问题的对策，正是本文所分析的。首先阐述乡镇企业和资金管理的相关概念，以及近年来我国乡镇企业资金管理的特点。然后阐述资金管理的现状：发展资金不足、政府扶持力度增大、受外界环境影响大和存在闲置资金等。分析资金管理中存在的问题和缺陷：融资渠道狭窄，应收账款的管理较弱和抵御财务风险能力较差等。联系企业内外部环境，提出合理的解决对策：拓宽融资渠道、重视应收账款问题、加强抵御财务风险的能力，以达到提高乡镇企业竞争力，带动乡镇企业和地方经济发展的目的。 关键词：乡镇企业；资金管理；问题原因；完善对策 ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening up, Chinas economy developed rapidly. Township enterprises has become increasingly important. Society is in constant progress and development. Township enterprises environment is also changing. Something provide new opportunities for development of township enterprises. They make township enterprises faced with new challenges .We Can say, the development environment and the situation of township enterprises in a state of relatively is new. . However, The narrow financing channel restricts the development of it . The management of accounts receivable is weak . Resisting risk ability is poor. Handle financial management of township enterprises in the existing problems. This is an important part . It is helpful to the development of township enterprises. This paper analyzes the financial management of township enterprises in the existing problems. It proposed countermeasures. First, it describes the concepts of township enterprises and financial management. It describes Chinas township enterprise funds management features in recent years. Then it describes the status quo of money management. It is also affected by the external environment. The existence of idle funds is a status quo.
