Methods?There were 20 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome and iulin resistance in patients who received treatment with Diane-35， and compared the changes of the clinical symptoms and biochemical indicato of endocrine after 6 months. Results?Compared with prior treatment， there was no significant difference about the BMI and WHR， the biochemical indicato of endocrine， T， LH and GIR significantly decreased， and SHBG significantly increased after treatment(P)， but there was no significant difference about TG， CRP and IGF-1. Conclusion?Diane-35 for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively control hyperandrogenism， significant improve clinical symptoms，but can not improve iulin seitivity. 【Key words】?Polycystic ovary syndrome; Iulin resistance; Hyperandrogenism; Diane-35多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome， PCOS) 是青春期以及生育年龄女性较为常见的疾病， 普遍表现为生殖功能障碍和代谢异常， 其发病率约为5%~10%［1， 2］， 有庞大的患者人群， 长期无排卵和高雄激素血症以及胰岛素抵抗和代偿性高胰岛素血是其主要特征， 其不但能导致女性生殖内分泌功能的障碍， 也会并发糖尿病、高脂血症等严重的其他系统并发症， 对女性的身体及心理健康产生比较严重的影响［3］。本组研究选取本院内分泌门诊就诊的20例已经合并胰岛素抵抗的PCOS的患者， 所有患者均给予达英-35口服6 个月进行， 观察患者治疗前、后的临床症状、内分泌生化指标， 分析达英-35 治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。 1资料与方法 1. 1一般资料选择本院自2011年1月~2012年8月经内分泌门诊治疗的患者20例， 年龄22~37岁， 平均年龄(±)岁， 采用美国健康学会(NIH) 的诊断标准， 以下3项中具备其中2 项即可诊断PCOS［4］：①月经异常和无排卵； ②临床表现或生化指标显示雄激素有升高； ③卵巢具有多囊性变化：经超声显示患者的一侧或双侧卵巢， 直径2~9 mm 的卵泡≥12个和(或者)卵巢体积≥10 ml。所有患者生化指标都正常。 1. 2方法选择的20例患者均自月经周期的第5天或者黄体酮撤药性
