PAGE PAGE i 摘 要 本文主要分析了计划航线的合理性、出航前航海仪器的检查与调整和航海人员自身航海素养与准确执行计划航线的关系，并提出了如何做好以上三方面工作的具体建议。期望对本人毕业后担任航通长一职以及海警舰艇安全航行有所帮助。 关键词：海警；计划航线；航海仪器；人员素质 abstract This paper mainly analyzes the relationship between accurate implementation of the planned sailing route and rationality of the planned route of sailing , instrument checks and adjustments and mariners′own sailing literacy.It also makes some recommendations on how to do the work well on these three aspects above. I hope it can be helpful to my post in navigation and communication to safeguard the security of the vessel after graduation
