Harm of Smartphon
As we all know, using smartphones can cause many problems. But perhaps you
don’t know the details or how serious the harm is.
1. Physical harm
Using smartphones too much can do harm to our health.
Your eyes are the first to be affected. Staring at your smartphone scr n too
long will lead to your eyesight failing, eyestrain and blurred vision[vɪʒ( )n],
particularly when you lie on your side.
Another physical problem is confusion of your biological clock. When you

damage your health, and even your memory can be affected.
2. Psychological harm
Th psychological problems caused by smartphones ar also very serious.
Mayb you know that smartphones mak you stressed all th time. You must
frequently [fri ːkw( )ntlɪ] check your phone and receive or send messages. But
you do not know your subconsciousness [sʌbkɑnʃəsnɪs](潜意识) will f l
terrified when smartphone isn’t at hand.
3. Social problem
“The furthest distance in the world, is not when I stand in front of you, yet

cellphone.” When you are playing your smartphone at table, interpersonal
relationship has drifted apart in the modern silence.
