PBEA∕MDI∕EG体系TPU的制备及性能研究
摘要:本论文选用聚己二酸乙二醇-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇(PBEA)为软段、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和扩链剂乙二醇(EG)为硬段,用预聚体法合成不同配方的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)。采用邵氏硬度仪、旋转流变仪、拉力试验机和X-衍射仪等手段分别研究了相同硬段含量情况下不同PBEA(EG含量不同)为软段及不同硬段含量,相同PBEA为软段的情况下对TPU的硬度、结晶性能、力学性能及动态流变性的影响规律。结果表明:随着硬段含量的增加,TPU的拉伸强度,定伸模量逐渐增加,断裂伸长率逐渐降低。动态流变性能测试的温度扫描分析表明,随着温度的逐渐增加,TPU的复数黏度及弹性模量均出现降低的趋势,最终到达一个稳定值。相同硬段含量情况下,以PBA为软段制备的TPU的综合性能较好。

The preparation and performances of TPU
in PBEA/MDI/EG system
Abstract:The paper used polyethylene glycol adipate, 1,4 - butylene glycol diol (PBEA) as soft segment, 4,4’- diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and chain extender glycol (EG) as hard segment, with the prepolymer synthesis of different formulations of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU). Adopt Shore hardness tester, rotational rheometer, tensile testing machine and X-diffraction were investigated by means of the same case, different hard segment content PBEA (EG different content) as soft segments and different hard segment content, the same as soft PBEA in the latter case for TPU hardness, crystal properties, mechanical properties and dynamic rheological laws. The results show that: with the increase of hard segment content, TPU tensile strength, elongation modulus gradually increased, the elongation at break decreased. Dynamic rheological properties of the test temperature scan showed that as the temperature gradually increased, TPU complex viscosity and elastic modulus decreasing trend appears eventually reaches a stable value. Same case hard segment content to PBA prepared for the soft segment of TPU better overall performance.
