摘 要 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 易拉罐回收装置是一种用于简易自动回收废弃易拉罐的装置。 由于铝罐具有轻便、无味无毒、易加工、可回收再利用等特点，因此在饮料和罐装食品领域得到广为应用。但国内易拉罐的回收循环再利用率比国外发达国家要略逊一筹，所以对于易拉罐的回收一直是需要加深研究的课题，目前看来易拉罐回收装置在国内并未得到普及。 此易拉罐回收装置有体积小、便于在公共场所设置等优点。它利用电动机实现工作，能耗少、噪音小并且造价低，适宜批量制造并放在街道、公园等公共场合，并能提高公民的回收环保意识。将废弃易拉罐丢入进罐口，光敏感应器接收到信号，将信号发送到控制终端，控制终端开启电动机并使退币机构吐出硬币。易拉罐通过进罐通道到达挤压台，由电动机带动皮带轮进行传动实现对易拉罐的挤压，之后挤压块回撤，压扁的易拉罐掉入进料口，顺着斜放的铁丝网通道进入废料箱，铁丝网下有残液箱，若易拉罐内留有残液，易拉罐被挤压时残液流出透过铁丝网进入废液箱。该装置有利于提高易拉罐的回收率，提高人们环保意识。 关键词：易拉罐回收；曲柄滑块机构；皮带传动；运动流程 Abstract Abstract Abstract Abstract The automatic recovery device for cans is a device used for simple recovery of discarded cans.
