Abstract
With the Numerical machine the
development of Control Milling recently,

application of the overseas and our country of the spindle structure design on the
Numerical Control Milling machine are introduced . The determination of the main
spindle structure and the characters of the spindle structure design are introduced on the
Numerical Control Milling machine . Through a concrete calculate, the partial structure
of the second degree axis shifting speed is designed . And strength checking for the axis
and gears in the structure system is made. After the calculation , the structure of major
dynamic and all of the every part of shifting speed case satisfy the request. The design
make an automatic tool to escape from slippery gear in order to reduce attrition .
