Afew yearsago,theT-shirt started life in a cotton field in Uzbekistan.Thecotton waswatered every day and harmful chemicalswereused to kill insects in the field.As the cotton grew,a young woman called Feruza picked it.She sweated in the field for ten to twelve hours every day in temperaturesofover 30℃,but shewaspaidvery little.Sometimesthechemicalshurther eyes.
