PAGE I PAGE 14 广东省生鲜农产品电商物流配送模式研究 内 容 摘 要 随着互联网的日益发展，电子商务迈着它矫健的步伐来到了我们身边，常见的有顺丰优选、京东生鲜和天猫生鲜等。但是，电商购物的发展如此迅速，电商物流却望而不及。生鲜农产品的易腐性，保鲜时间的有限性，决定了生鲜农产品在配送上需要具备更高的技术水平。冷链配送作为冷链物流过程中的“最后一公里”，其服务质量的高低直接影响着消费者的消费体验，而消费者的消费体验则作为衡量快递物流业发展的一个重要指标，服务的质量的高低，归根结底体现在消费者满意程度的高低。目前，能够将完整的冷链物流运输体系落实到位的物流公司少之又少，大部分冷链物流公司专业性仍然有待提高，他们无法对生鲜农产品物流过程实行有效监控，例如冷链运输设备不完善、冷链技术应用水平低等等，因此大大提高了生鲜农产品在运输过程中的损耗率。国内许多地方，在生鲜农产品电商物流的配送上存在许多问题。本文以广东省为例，对广东省生鲜农产品电商物流的配送模式进行分析与研究，找出其中存在的问题，并给予改进建议。 关键词：生鲜农产品；配送模式；冷链运输 Research on e-commerce logistics distribution mode of fresh agricultural products in Guangdong Province Abstract With the growing development of the Internet, e-commerce with its vigorous pace came to our side, common have sf optimization, jingdong fresh and Tmall fresh and so on. However, the development of e-commerce shopping is so fast, e-commerce logistics is not expected. The perishability of fresh agricultural products and the limitation of fresh time determine that fresh agricultural products need to have a higher technical level in distribution. As the last kilometer in the process of cold chain logistics, the service quality of cold chain distribution has a direct impact on consumers consumption experience, which is an important indicator to measure the development of express logistics industry. The level of service quality is ultimately reflected in the level of consumer satisfaction. At present, few logistics companies are able to implement the complete cold chain logistics transportation system in them. Most of the cold chain logistics companies still need to improve their professionalism, and they cannot effectively monitor the logistics process of fresh agricultural products, thus greatly increasing the loss rate of fresh agricultural products in the transportation process. In many places in China, there are many problems in the distribution of fresh agricultural products e-commerce. Taking guangdong province as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the distribution mode
