人事信息管理系统的设计与实现 随着事业单位人力资源信息的增长，人工已经无法适应如今单位的各项人事管理了，取而代之的是计算机开发的人事系统。针对现代企业制度要求,为推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化，运用PHP+MYSQL开发了一套基于B/S模式的人事信息管理系统。该系统采用B/S三层体系结构，系统完成了针对不同使用者分配不同的操作权限。人事管理系统设计了人事信息、合同管理、工作表现、履历管理、调动记录管理、职称管理等模块。本系统实现了存储员工和公司机构部门的基本信息，根据企业实际需要对员工人事信息进行录入、增、删除、修改等。灵活的查询功能，充分满足对人事信息的各种查询要求。本系统是一个功能强大、界面友好、运行快捷、操作简单、风格统一的人事管理平台,为企业管理人员提供更加开放、可靠、更加安全的优质服务。 人事管理系统；MySQL ；PHP ；B/S  Design and Implementation ofPersonnel Management System Along with their own human resources increasing growing, the manual work also is unable adapt present enterprises personnel management and replaced by the computer development of personnel system. In order to meet the requirements of modern enterprise system and promote the enterprise personnel management to scientific and standardization, this paper uses the PHP and MYSQL to develop a set of human resources information management system based on B/S model. The system adopts B/S three-tier architecture, and it can distribute different operating permissions according to different users. The personnel management system designs some functional modules such as personnel information, contract management, job performance, resume management, transfer record and job title management and so on. The system not only achieves the function to store information of employees and departments of companies, but also can query, modify, add and delete there information. Flexible query function fully meets all kinds of requirements of querying personnel information. The system is a powerful, user-friendly, running-fast, simple-operated, style-unified personnel management platform and provides managers of enterprises with more open, reliable, security services.
