PAGE 4 PAGE I 出车管理系统与绩效分配系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着医院水平的逐渐提高，车辆出车已渐渐成为医院运营的一部分。互联网的普及给人们带来的便利不需多说，因此如果把120出车与互联网结合起来，利用java技术建设出车管理系统与绩效分配系统，实现车辆出车管理的网络化。则对于进一步提高国民经济发展，加快医院发展起到不少的促进作用。 本毕业设计主要实现集人性化、高效率、便捷等优点于一身的出车管理系统与绩效分配系统，完成系统用户管理、车辆信息管理、调度员信息管理、驾驶员信息管理、救护员信息管理、科室人员管理、院领导信息管理、调度信息管理、出车统计等功能模块。系统通过浏览器与服务器进行通信，实现数据的交互与变更。只需通过一台电脑，动动手指就可以操作系统，实现数据通信管理。整个系统的设计过程都充分考虑了数据的安全、稳定及可靠等问题，而且操作过程简单。本系统通过科学的管理方式、便捷的服务提高了工作效率，减少了数据存储上的错误和遗漏。 本系统选用Windows7作为服务器端的操作系统，开发语言选用Java，数据库选用Mysql，使用mybatis数据库连接技术，使用Myeclipse作为系统应用程序的开发工具，Web服务器选用Tomcat7.0版本。 关键词：数据通信；Java；Mysql数据库；web服务器 PAGE 3 Design and implementation of vehicle management system and performance distribution system ABSTRACT With the gradual improvement of the hospital level, vehicle delivery has gradually become a part of the hospital operation.
