PAGE III 武警警官学院本科毕业论文 爱家房屋租赁信息管理系统设计与实现 摘 要 本爱家房屋租赁信息管理系统是针对目前房屋租赁信息管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，对过去的房屋租赁信息管理系统存在的问题进行分析，结合计算机系统的结构、概念、模型、原理、方法，在计算机各种优势的情况下，采用目前最流行的B/S结构和java中流行的MVC三层设计模式和eclipse编辑器、MySQL 数据库设计并实现的 。本房屋租赁信息管理系统主要包括系统用户管理模块、新闻公告管理模块、房源信息管理、变幻图管理、登录模块、和退出模块等多个模块。它帮助房屋租赁信息管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计目标，相比传统的管理模式，本系统合理的利用了房屋租赁信息管理数据资源，有效的减少了房屋租赁信息管理的经济投入，大大提高了房屋租赁信息管理的效率。 关键词：房屋租赁信息管理；MVC模式；MySQL 数据库 ABSTRACT According to the actual demand of house rental information management at present, the information management system of home rental is based on the actual work. The problems existing in the past house rental information management system are analyzed, and the structure, concept, model, principle, and method of computer system are combined. Under the various advantages of the computer, the most popular B/S structure and the popular MVC three-layer design model in Java and the clipse editor, MySQL database design and implementation are used. The house leasing information management system mainly includes system user management module, news announcement management module, room source information management, change map management, login module, and exit module. It has helped to realize the informatization and networking of housing rental information management. Through testing, it has achieved the goal of system design. Compared with the traditional management model, the system has reasonably used the data resources of housing rental information management and effectively reduced the economic investment in housing rental information management.
