1范围
本文件规定了网络订餐配送服务的基本要求,以及对配送服务组织、配送人员、配送设备、配送流
程的要求和服务质量控制要求。
本文件适用于网络订餐的配送服务,其他物品网络预订配送以及通过其他渠道进行的订餐配送可参
照执行。
