SUZHOU TIANMA PHARMA GROUP TIANJI BIO-PHARMA CO., LTD FORM 9 Form of undertaking to accompany an application for an import license. Whereas indents to apply for a license under the Drug Rules 1945, for the import into Bangladesh, of the substances specified below manufactured by us. We hereby give this undertaking that for the duration of the license. 1. The said applicant has made a contract with us for the purchase substances mentioned in the undertaking. 2. we shall comply with the conditions imposed on a license by clause (a) to (e) of the rules 78 of the Drug Rules, 1945 3. we declare that we are carrying on the manufacturer of the substance mentioned in this undertaking at the premises specified below, and we shall from time to time report any changes of the premises on which the manufacture will be carried on and in cases where manufacture is carried on in more than on factory and change in the distribution of the functions between factories. 4. We shall comply with the provisions of Part IX of the Drug Rules 1945. 5. Every substance manufactured by us for the import under license into Bangladesh shall as regards strength, quality and purity conform with the provision of Chapter Ⅲ of the Drug Act, 1940 and of the Drug Rules, 1945 6. We shall comply with such further requirements, if any, as may be specified by rules made by the central government under act and of which the license authority has given to the license not less than four months notice.
