Nowadays, how to improve the recruitment of employees has become the focus of every enterprise. This paper takes Dongguan NVT technology co., LTD as the research object. Firstly, it investigates the development of the company and the current situation of its staff recruitment, the problems existing in the recruitment of the company are found: (1) Lack of a complete recruitment plan；(2) The recruitment process is unreasonable；(3) The recruitment team is not professional；(4) Recruitment channels are not flexible. In view of the problems existing in the recruitment of employees of Dongguan NVT technology co., LTD., I put forward the following measures to improve the recruitment of employees of Dongguan NVT technology co., LTD, after the field practice and research on the enterprise:：(1) Make a reasonable recruitment plan；(2) Optimize the recruitment process；(3)Improve the professional quality of the recruitment team；(4) Increase recruitment channels.
