三、学情分析
??本次授课对象为七年级学生,学生开朗活泼,思维活跃,在学习英语方面有一定的基础,所以愿意积极参表现,总的来说,大部分学生对于学习英语保持着比较高的热情。学生自身具备一定的自主学习的能力并具备一定的分析问题和解决问题的能力,虽然有个别学生底子差一些,但受班级氛围的影响也不甘落后,教师在授课过程中既要给予鼓励又要因材施教。
四、教学过程
活动1【导入】 Lead in and warm up
1. 冰墩墩自我介绍。
2. Watch a video about animals.
Then let students answer two questions.
活动2【讲授】Presentation
1. What animal is it?
Guess what animal it is according to the picture.
Let’s chant
Finish 1a
Look at the pictures of Page 25 and match the words with the animals in the pictures.?And then check the answers with students.
Play a guessing game
Guess the names of the animals according to the descriptions and learn the new words.
T: What animal is it?
Ss: It’s a panda.
T: Do you like pandas?
Ss: Yes.
T: Why do you like pandas?

Read aloud new description words.
Let’s talk.
Students practice the conversation in pairs.
Listening
Tell students to listen to the tape and check the animals they hear in 1a.?
And then?check the answers with the class.
Listen again and answer questions.
