In order to optimize the research and training ability of the teaching and research group and give full play to its function, it is very necessary to construct the platform of the teaching and research group to promote the professional connotation development of the teachers. On the basis of expounding the connotation of teacher professionalization development, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the professionalization development of primary and secondary school teachers at present, and puts forward some suggestions for the professionalization development of teachers in primary and secondary schools in China.
