PAGE II PAGE II Abstract PAGE II 上海市工业企业降成本因素分析与对策 摘 要 随着现代企业发展步伐的优化，由粗放型向密集型发展方式的转变，随着科技信息化、人工智能化的数字社会反战不发的来临，企业只有降低成本，才能更好地事项经济效益和社会效益。只有降低成本，培育更多规模以上企业，使工业企业产品成本水平不断上升，才更好地促进企业持续将抗科学发展，赢得更多市场份额，稳固市场经济发展主导地位，提升国际竞争能力，促使企业更好地走出国门、走向世界奠定基础。因此，本文通过上海市工业企业成本费用现状分析，从主营业务、企业用工、能源、税金等成本分析到成本费用利润分析，提出经济效益指标阐述降低成本的意义，构建不同类型的模型综合分析，提出可行性、针对性的降成本对策，为上海企业工业降成本提供理论性支撑和实践性指导。 关键词：上海市； 工业企业； 降成本； 因素思考  Abstract With the optimization of modern enterprise development pace, the transformation from extensive to intensive development mode, and the coming of the digital social anti war of scientific and technological informatization and artificial intelligence, only by reducing costs can enterprises achieve better economic and social benefits.
