设计说明 本设计为12 万吨/年氯乙烯精制工段进行工艺设计。根据设计任务,选择脱乙炔 塔和氯乙烯精馏塔串联工艺流程。对脱乙炔塔和氯乙烯精馏塔进行了物料衡算,对氯 乙烯精馏塔进行了热量衡算以及设备计算和选型。最终氯乙烯精馏塔选择了浮阀塔, 确定了塔高为21.32m,塔径为2.0m,板间距为0.45m,总塔板数35 块,进料位置为 第 19 块塔板。通过流体力学验算,各项参数符合设计要求;绘制了精馏段和提馏段 的塔板负荷性能图,精馏段和提馏段操作弹性分别为6.70 和5.73 。另外,对氯乙烯精 馏塔附属设备进行了计算与选型,最后绘制出了氯乙烯精馏塔的装配图、带控制点的 工艺流程图及车间设备布置图。 关键词:氯乙烯;精制;工艺设计;浮阀塔 DESIGN DESCRIPTION The design is 120,000 tons/year chlorethylene refining section process design. According to the design task, the series process flow of deacetylene column and chlorethylene rectifying column was selected. The material balance of the deacetylene tower and chlorethylene rectifying tower was carried out. The heat balance of chlorethylene rectifying tower and equipment calculation and selection were carried out. Finally, the float valve tower was selected for the chlorethylene rectifying tower, and the height was 2 1.32m, the diameter was 2.0m,and the spac ing of the plates was 0.45m, the total number of plates was 35 , and the feeding position was the 19th plate. Through the checking calculation of fluid mechanics, the parameters meet the design requirements. The trays load performance charts of the distillation section and the distillation section were drawn. The operating elasticity of the distillation section and the distillation section was 6.70 and 5.73 respectively. In addition, the calculation and selection of the equipment attached to the chlorethylene rectifying tower were carried out, and finally the assembly drawing, process flow chart with control points and equipment layout of the workshop were drawn.
