? ? 校企融合的计算机类专业创新培养模式探索 ? ? 侯金奎　王成端　陈春雷 【摘 要】针对当前新技术层出不穷、快速迭代的产业实际，指出目前地方应用型高校计算机类专业人才培养模式存在的不足，从产业实际需求、校企协同、校企共建专业、实训基地建设等几个方面研究新型的人才培养模式。在校企深度融合的背景下，形成了以信息产业及教育政策、本地区信息产业实际、和高校专业建设为三个支点，以培养创新型人才为最终目标的人才培养模式。现已取得良好的实施效果。 【关键词】地方应用型高校;计算机类专业;校企融合 ： G642.3;TP393-4 文獻标识码： A： 2095-2457（2019）34-0068-002 DOI：10.19694/j.cnki.issn2095-2457.2019.34.027 Exploration on the Innovation Training mode of Computer Majors Integrated with School and Enterprise HOU Jin-kui WANG Cheng-duan CHEN Chun-lei （School of computer engineering， Weifang Shandong 261061， China） 【Abstract】In view of the current booming information technology industry， we point out the disadvantages in the talent cultivating model of computer-related specialties in local application-oriented universities. We investigate on novel talent cultivating model from various perspectives， including actual needs of the industry， university-enterprise cooperation， university-enterprise joint construction of specialties， and training base construction. Under the background of deep integration of universities and enterprises， we achieve the talent cultivation model with the three points of support （information-technology-industry-and-education policies， ?the reality of the information technology industry in the local region， and the professional construction of colleges and universities） and one ultimate goal （cultivating innovative talents）. The proposed model has been proved to be efficient in practice. 【Key words】Local application-oriented colleges and universities; Major in computer science; Fusion between colleges 1 研究背景与意义 1.1 研究背景 《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》明确指出：“到二〇二〇年工业化和信息化融合发展水平进一步提高，产业迈向中高端水平。”如何积极探索和创新IT人才培养模式，培养适应“互联网+”时代需求的、具有国际竞争力的、多样性多元化的计算机专业高端应用型/技能型人才，已经成为应用型高校相关专业面临的一个紧迫课题。 1.2 国内外研究现状述评 当前我国高端应用型和技能型人才的缺乏，已经成为限制经产业升级和经济发展的短板。众多企业面临应用型人才、尤其是高端应用型人才严重短缺的问题[1-2]。应用型本科教育是当今世界高等教育发展的一种重要趋势。从全球视角来看，现代科学技术发展呈现出某些新的特点，诸如研究成果产业化的速度明显加快、科技成果深度渗透入社会的各个领域，等等。发展应用型本科教育，是高等教育顺应此类趋势的重要措施[3]。 总体来看，目前我国多数地方应用型本科高校计
