PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The products described in this instruction manual are manufactured or distributed by Reliance Electric Industrial Company. This instruction manual describes optional A-C input line disconnect and lockout kits that can be installed on FlexPak® 3000 Digital D-C 100/200 and 125-150/250-300 HP drives. Each kit includes a case switch and mounting hardware. The kits provide a positive disconnect of all input leads for FlexPak 3000 100/200 and 125-150/250-300 HP drives. The 100/200 HP disconnect is rated for 400 amperes at 600 VAC. The 125-150/250-300 HP disconnect is rated for 600 amperes at 600 VAC. Neither disconnect should be used for more than 85% of its rated amps to be in compliance with NEC codes. Both switches are equipped with a yellow test button located on the switches’ lower left front. The button can be used to check a switch’s mechanical operation and for quick disconnect. When pressed, the button immediately trips the switch open. VERIFY
