挤压模-大截面铝合金型材散热管的挤压模具设计 第 I 页 大截面铝合金型材散热管的挤压模具设计 摘 要 随着工业和建筑行业的高速发展，我国建筑铝型材工业也得到了迅猛的发 展。铝合金及其型材的应用范围在不断的扩大，甚至已经渐渐的取代了其他的一些合金，可见，铝合金及其型材在工业中的重要性。 在日常生活中我们可以看到很多铝合金及其型材的产品，比如说房屋建筑中的门和窗，交通工具中的汽车、飞机等。也正是由于铝合金及其型材在我们日常生活中应用的广泛性和普遍性，人们对铝制品的质量也提出了更高的要求，如何生产出高质量、低成本、优性能的产品成为了铝合金及其型材的发展方向。 铝合金材料主要元素为镁和硅，具有加工性能极佳、优良的可焊接性、挤出 性及电镀性，是典型的挤压合金。其中6063铝合金型材是铝合金产品中应用最为最广泛的材料之一。铝合金产品质量的好与坏不仅仅取决于材料的性能，更重要的是决定于模具。铝材在挤压过程中，如挤压模具质量不是很好或者设计的结构不合理，就会使得铝产品产生划痕、裂痕等缺陷。因此，在铝合金挤压产品中其产品质量的优劣关键是在于挤压模具质量。 本文介绍了铝合金挤压模具的设计准则及其工艺方案的确定，尤其是针对大截面铝合金型材散热管进行平面分流组合模设计，同时根据给定的产品进行全面的分析，得出设计方法、设计要点、设计流程等，同时运用AutoCAD绘图软件系统绘制出模具的零件图和装配图。 关键词:铝合金;挤压;平面分流组合模;模具设计 第 II 页 Extrusion die design of large section aluminum alloy radiator Abstract With the rapid development of industry and the construction industry,Chinas architectural aluminum profile industry has been rapid development.The application range of aluminum alloy is expanding now,even have gradually replaced some other alloys.So, aluminum alloy and its profile is very important in industry. In everyday life, we can see many products of aluminum alloy and its profile,for example, building doors and windows;the car and aircraft in the traffic industry.It is also because of the universality of the application of aluminum alloy and its profile in our daily life,people also put higher requirements on the quality of the aluminum products.So how to produce high quality, low cost, superior performance products has become the development direction of aluminum alloy and its profile. Aluminum alloy elements such as magnesium and silicon,has excellent processing properties,excellent weldability, extrusion,is a typical extrusion alloy.6063 aluminum alloy profile is one of the most widely used material used in the aluminum alloy products.Properties of aluminum alloy product quality is good or bad depends not only on the material, the more important is determined by the mold. Aluminum in the extrusion process, extrusion mould quality is not very good will make
