充电宝外壳注塑模设计 摘 要：现在注塑模具发展较快，再加上国内技术日渐娴熟以及新技术的引入，注塑模具将会受到更多人关注。本文是对充电宝外壳进行注塑模具设计，首先要对塑件进行分析，设计外型为矩形结构，上面设有孔方便安装固定，使用UG、CAD 软件画出具体图样,随后对塑料材料进行比对分析，选择ABS材料，再进行相关分析选定注塑机。本次选择塑件最大轮廓处为分型面，选择单分型面注射模具，根据塑件结构以及要大批量生产设计为一模两腔，采用侧浇口进行填充。针对注塑模的结构设计,进行了包括浇注系统、型芯与型腔，冷却系统、导向与定位结构、推出机构,抽芯机构的设计等在内的结构零部件设计，为了模具准确性进行了相关数据计算与校核。本次设计结构简单且合理，精度符合要求同时能保证其表面质量，设计出的塑件能满足使用需求。 关键词：注塑模具；充电宝外壳；分型面；结构设计； 宝鸡文理学院本科生毕业设计 PAGE Design of injection molding for the outer cover of the floor sweeping robot ABStract: With the rapid development of injection molds and the increasingly skilled domestic technology and the introduction of new technology, injection molds will be paid more attention. This paper is to carry on the injection mold design to the floor sweeping robot outer cover, first to carry on the analysis to the plastic part, the design aABSearance is round curved surface, above has the hole convenient installation fixed, uses the UG、CAD software to draw the concrete pattern, then carries on the comparison analysis to the plastic material, selects the ABS material, then carries on the correlation analysis to select the injection molding machine. In this paper, the largest profile of plastic parts is selected as parting surface, single parting surface injection mold, according to the structure of plastic parts and to mass production design for one mold two cavity, with side gate for filling. For the structural design of injection mould, the structural parts design including gating system, core and cavity, cooling system, guide and positioning structure, push mechanism and so on are carried out, and the relevant data calculation and checking are carried out for the accuracy of the mould. The design structure is simple and reasonable, the precision meets the requirements and the surface quality can be guaranteed.
