摘 要
本着由专业人做专业事的原则,越来越多的企业将原来自有仓库部分的运作统一交由仓储物流公司来承接,希望借此达到降低成本及提升运作效率的目的,对于仓储物流公司承接仓储物流业务也有了更高的要求;其次,随着电商企业的不断发展壮大,为了配合货物的暂存及多点配送,对于仓储物流公司的仓储和配送能力要求不断提高;再次,随着物流客户的增多,存储及配送的货物品种也在增多,为了提高存储及运输过程中信息的正确率,降低越来越高昂的人力成本,整个行业在进行仓储自动化的改革。M公司的行业发展前景可观,但因M公司目前存在的各种问题又严重制约着公司业务的发展壮大,所以需根据公司实际情况制定出合适的营销策略方案,为了确保相关策略能被执行到位,本论文有从公司产品布局、组织结构、人力资源和组织文化方面制定营销策略实施保障。本论文从M公司实际情况出发,分析问题并提出相关对策及实施保障措施,为M公司开发市场提供强有力的保障,同时对于M公司同类企业发展也具有参考意义。

Abstract
