The highway express freight transportation will meet the demand of the development of economic for its convenience, speediness, economy, vast potential in market. Three-year battle since the highway construction in Heilongjiang Province, road infrastructure conditions have undergone historic changes, creating favorable conditions for the development of fast freight highway. However, the lack of theoretical knowledge hindered the healthy development of the highway fast freight seriously. Therefore, it is particularly important to design optimally the highway express freight transportation system as well as combining the actual situation in Heilongjiang province.
