In the pre-hospital emergency treatment， attention should be paid to the analysis of the above reaso to improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation as much as possible. Key words: pre-hospital fit aid;Cardiopulmonary resuscitation;Clinical analysis 心跳骤停是临床上最紧急的危重症，是世界急诊医学中的难题，抢救不及时或抢救技术不准确都会导致失败。据报道即使发生在院内的心跳骤停患者的复苏成功率也仅为10%左右，而发生在院外的患者复苏成功率更低，仅为4%[1]。心肺复苏是救治心跳呼吸骤停患者的重要措施，CPＲ成功率是评估院前急救水平的重要指标之一。但是在临床实践中发现，同样接受心肺复苏治疗的患者抢救成功率却存在较大的差异，分析院前急救心肺复苏效果可能与患者自身、环境等多方面因素相关。为了能够给实施进一步院内治疗、降低死亡率奠定基础，所以加强心肺复苏术临床分析至关重要，现观察与分析如下。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2017
