Methods: 100 patients undergoing gynecological pelvic surgery were pided into control group and observation group according to different nuing modes， 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care and the observation group received preventive care. Observe and compare the intervention effects of the two groups. RESULTS: The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group (78%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs of the observation group was 2%， which was significantly lower than that of the control group (22%). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Preventive nuing for patients undergoing gynecological pelvic surgery can improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
