Teaching procedures Step 1 Warming-up 1. Greetings and free talk with students about weather. 2. Introduce one great educator by watching video and lead in our new lesson. Step 2 Pre-listening Obstacle: write down the new words＂serious＂,＂immediately＂,＂appreciate＂and＂organize＂on the blackboard and help students learn these words through their meanings, usage and part of speech.
