This article is based on this background, describes in detail the current situation and main problems of the financial management system of state-owned enterprises in China, analyzes the causes of problems in financial management mechanism in state-owned enterprise, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the financial management contribute t the mechanism of the state-owned enterprise of our country.
