第三方物流企业绩效评价研究 摘要 企业绩效评价从开始到现在就是被当作了企业的计划的组成部分。因为工作性质 的变化，企业的需求，以及国内外各种奖项的设置和飞速发展的信息技术带来的 影响，对企业绩效评价的兴趣也就越来越大了，并且正在进行深入的审查。目前， 越来越多的物流公司强调业绩评估，并努力建立自己的评价制度。然而，在我国， 作为一个新兴企业，第三方物流企业的管理方法还处于探索阶段，它的考绩制度 甚至更不完善。因此，建立一个第三方物流企业科学合理的绩效评价系统就变得 尤为重要了，并且我们还需要考虑到公司的特点，然后客观公正的评估企业业绩。 所以基于以上的现象，本文在现有的世界范围内研究成果的基础上，结合物流相 关企业的特点去制定绩效指标系统，同时为指标系统制定了一套具体的评估方 法，开发了一个综合评估数学模型。公司的利益相关者熟悉企业的业绩，并迅速 进行一次已经很深层次的评估。 关键词：第三方物流；绩效评价；指标体系；评价方法 1 2 Research on Performance Evaluation of Third Party Logistics Enterprises Abstract Enterprise performance evaluation has been regarded as an integral part of an enterprises plan since its inception.
