Research On The Distribution Mode Of Chain Convenience Stores Abstract In order to effectively improve the efficiency and cost of chain convenience store companies, based on the theory of the chain convenience store distribution model, from the overview, evolution, and characteristics of self-operated distribution, joint distribution, and third-party distribution, the different modes brought to the chain convenience store Advantages and disadvantages ；Then, based on the literature review and the theory of travelling salespersons, the chain hypothesis of route distribution for convenience stores was proposed, and then a mathematical model was constructed, and the WinQSB software subroutine Network Modeling was used. Four methods, branch and bound method, calculate the time of each route, and then compare the length of each route to obtain an optimal solution to verify the hypothesis 。The results show that from the mathematical model constructed, the optimal route is 132 minutes calculated by the branch and bound method, and the delivery time of the original delivery staff is 147 minutes.
