对共享单车发展的经济学分析 摘要： 共享单车是近几年新兴的特殊商业资本，通过与信息技术相结合，其与传统的商业资本有不同之处。 共享单车并不像传统资本一样进行商品买卖从而获取利润。如果说传统的商业资本的流通方式为 （G-W-G），那么共享单车经济就在中间加入了分享过程，成为（G-W-S-G），该特殊的价值实现过程 就是共享单车经济的特殊性之一。依靠共享过程，将共享单车的使用权作为商品，而保留共享单车的所 有权，这种所有权与使用权的动态分离，使得单车不仅仅是私人物品，而更多的具有了准公共物品的属 性。这种价值实现方式的优点在于能够最大化的节约交易时间成本，高效利用闲置资源，达到企业与社 会共赢的局面。但是共享单车的发展也带来了许多问题，各地都曾出现过单车私用、信息不对称等问题， 亟需我们对共享单车的发展进行经济学分析，针对其中不足之处提出一些对策。本文回顾了共享单车的 发展历程，分析共享单车的价值实现与共享过程，找出共享单车发展中存在的问题并提出促进发展的对 策。 关键词：共享单车；价值实现；经济学；共享过程；对策及建议 An economic analysis of the development of bike-sharing Abstract: Bike-sharing is an emerging special commercial capital in recent years, which is different from traditional commercial capital by combining with information technology. Shared bikes are not traded for profit like traditional capital. If the traditional circulation mode of commercial capital is (g-w-g ), then the bike-sharing economy adds the sharing process in the middle and becomes (g-w-s-g ). This special value realization process is one of the particularity of the bike-sharing economy. Depending on the sharing process, the right to use Shared bikes is regarded as a commodity while the right to use Shared bikes is retained. This dynamic separation of ownership and right to use bikes makes them not only private goods, but also quasi-public goods. The advantage of this method of value realization lies in that it can save transaction time cost to the greatest extent, utilize idle resources efficiently, and achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and society. However, the development of Shared bikes has also brought about many problems, I such as private use of bikes and information asymmetry. It is urgent for us to carry out economic analysis on the development of Shared bikes and put forward some countermeasures
