摘 要 随着现代信息技术和互联网技术趋于广泛化的应用和迭代的发展，大数据应 用成为了银行零售业务发展过程中必不可缺的一项技术。本文旨在研究大数据应 用对商业银行零售业务的影响。通过研究得出结论：大数据应用给商业银行零售 业务带来的机遇包括更大的发展新空间、减少经营成本消耗以及增加中间业务收 入；带来的挑战包括银行价值实现受冲击以及主导地位不稳定。为了使传统商业 银行能够在日益激烈的市场竞争中保证自身的主导地位、占据更多的市场份额， 提出了大数据应用背景下我国商业银行零售业务的转型策略，包括：银行联手科 技企业提高服务效率、精准化及多样化的进行营销以及建立风险控制体系等，希 望能为相关研究提供有益的借鉴。 关键字：大数据，商业银行，零售业务，影响 Abstract With the extensive application and iterative development of modern information technology and Internet technology, big data application has become an indispensable technology in the development of bank retail business. This article aims to study the impact of big data application on retail business of commercial banks. Through the research, it is concluded that the opportunities brought by big data application to the retail business of commercial banks include greater development of new space, reducing the consumption of operating costs and increasing the income of intermediary business; the challenges include the impact on the realization of bank value and the instability of leading position. In order to enable traditional commercial banks to maintain their dominant position and occupy more market share in the increasingly fierce market competition, this article puts forward the transformation strategy of the retail business of Chinas commercial banks under the background of big data application ，including: banks and technology companies to improve service efficiency ，precise and diversified marketing ，and establish risk control systems.
