必胜客薪酬管理存在的问题及对策研究 内容摘要 改革开放后,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,能够让企业有竞争力的重要因素就 是优秀的人才,一个企业只有拥有优秀的人才才能更好地发展,吸引优秀人才的 决定性因素是有一套科学有效的薪酬管理体系。如何建立科学有效的薪酬体系? 这是每个企业都值得考虑的问题。有了完善的薪酬管理体系,才能拥有优秀的人 才,从而提高企业的竞争力。 本论文是研究必胜客的薪酬管理,我采用了文献调查法调查问卷法以及访谈 法等研究方法,深入的分析了必胜客的薪酬管理现状,研究其薪酬管理存在的问 题并提出相对应的解决方案,研究后发现必胜客存在福利不完善,员工的精神没 有得到关怀、员工薪酬满意度低,导致员工工作积极性低、薪酬管理过程中缺乏 沟通以及全职员工与兼职员工之间存在薪酬倒钩等问题,并对这些问题进行了原 因分析,为必胜客提出了相对应的对策,希望本论文对提高必胜客的薪酬管理水 平能够提供帮助。 关键词:必胜客;薪酬管理;员工薪酬满意度;对策 I Study on the problems and Countermeasures of the salary management of Pizza Hut Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Only with excellent talents can enterprises develop better. A set of scientific and effective salary management system is the decisive factor to attract outstanding talents. How to establish a scientific and effective salary system? This is a problem that every enterprise should consider.With a perfect salary management system, we can attract more excellent talents and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper studies the salary management of pizza hut. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the salary management of pizza hut, studies the problems existing in the salary management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The research finds that the welfare of pizza hut is not perfect, the spirit of employees is not cared, the salary satisfaction of employees is not high, which leads to the low enthusiasm of employees, the lack of good communication in the process of salary management, the
