农村初中家校沟通问题与对策的研究以株洲县四所初中为例 【摘要】家庭教育是学生成长的重要一环，而家庭教育的质量与家校之间的沟通密切相关。但由于传统的家庭文化、家庭经济状况和家庭对教育的认识等方面原因，农村初中家校沟通存在着许多问题。本文以株洲县四所初中为例，通过问卷调查和对学校和家庭的访谈，探讨了农村初中家校沟通问题的主要原因与对策。结果表明，在株洲县农村初中，家长的教育认识存在着较大的差异，学校和家庭关注的教育内容也存在不同，家校间缺乏有效的沟通渠道和互动机制。为了改善家校沟通的状况，本文提出了建立家长委员会、加强学生家访、利用信息技术等多种措施。通过这些措施的实施，可以增进家庭和学校之间的互信，促进学生的全面发展。【关键词】农村初中；家校沟通；问题；对策Abstract: Family education is an important part of students growth, and the quality of family education is closely related to communication between the family and the school. However, due to traditional family culture, family economic conditions, and household education recognition, there are many problems in rural junior high school communication between families and schools. This paper takes the four junior high schools in Zhuzhou County as an example to explore the main reasons and countermeasures for communication problems between rural junior high schools and families through questionnaire surveys and interviews with schools and families. The results show that in rural junior high schools in Zhuzhou County, there are significant differences in parents education recognition, and the school and family focus on different education content. Moreover, there is a lack of effective communication channels and interaction mechanisms between families and schools. In order to improve the communication between families and schools, this paper proposes a variety of measures such as establishing a parents committee, strengthening student home visits, and using information technology. Through the implementation of these measures, trust between families and schools can be enhanced, and students overall development can be promoted.Keywords: rural junior high school; communication between families and schools; problems; countermeasures.
