针刺加红外线灯治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察 周蕾 徐群飞 张五四 （浙江省金华市中医院针灸科，浙江 321017） 【摘要】 目的：观察针刺加红外线灯照射治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效 和对肝功能的影响。方法：160例痛风患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组用针刺加红外线灯照射治疗，针刺取足三里、三阴交、曲池、血海、阳陵泉、阿是穴，阿是穴用杨刺法同时局部红外线灯照射，每日一次。对照组予别嘌呤醇口服治疗，每次100 mg，每日3次。两组皆五天为一疗程，观察1个疗程。观察2组的临床疗效及肝功能的影响：治疗前、后分别测定患者疼痛程度及血尿酸、血沉、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶(AST)的含量，并评价疗效。结果：两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性意义，治疗组痊愈率为52.5%，对照组为22.5%(P0．O1)；治疗组镇痛效果及降血尿酸、血沉效果均优于对照组(PO．01)；治疗组治疗后ALT、AST无升高，对照组治疗后ALT、AST明显升高（PO．01）。结论：针刺加红外线灯治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切，无肝功能损害，是值得推广的治疗急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法 【关键词】关节炎，痛风性、针灸疗法；红外照射；急性病 Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with infrared lamp on acute gouty arthritis ZHOU Lei，XU Qun-fei，ZHANG Wu-si (Jinhua Municipal Hospital of TCM，321000，China) ABSTRACT Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with infrared lamp and the influence to liver function on acute gouty arthritis. Methods 160 patients of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 80 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Zusanli(ST 36), Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Quchi(LI 11), Xuehai(SP 10), Yanglingquan(GB 34), Ashi points. Ashi points were treated by Yangci method and infrared lamp, once a day. The control group were treated with 100mg allopurinol, thrice daily. The therapeutic course for both groups was 5 days. To observe the therapeutic effect and the influence to liver function of two groups through ache degree and contents of blood uric acid（UA）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), alanine aminotransferase ( ), aspertate aminotransferase (AST) we got the curative evaluate. Results There were significant difference in curative effect after treatment between two groups.
