浅探央企国外项目HSE管理与欧美企业HSE管理模式接轨 AbstractThis paper aims to explore HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management of overseas projects in central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and align them with the HSE management model of European and American enterprises. By analyzing the current situations of HSE management in overseas projects, this paper proposes solutions to improve the HSE management system of central SOEs to meet international standards. The study finds that it is essential to integrate advanced HSE management practices of Europe and America into the current HSE management systems of central SOEs, which will significantly help in implementing effective HSE practices in the projects. However, the HSE management practices of central SOEs may not be adequate to meet the standards required by the international market.
