In recent years, with the deepening and accelerating of Chinas reform, innovation and opening up, the country attaches more and more importance to promoting the development of cultural industrialization. The increasing demand of residents for various kinds of cultural life consumer products has promoted the rapid development of a series of large-scale cultural industry projects. It is the basic academic responsibility of enterprise academic research to study whether the structure of venture capital market has a direct impact on the operating performance of a start-up company, and which academic method directly affects the performance. It is also an important demand for the future development of enterprises. Selection based on the analysis of current domestic 34 media industry listed companies which are of important representative in the statistical data from 2013 to 2018 as the main sample, to company profit ability, debt service capacity, operating management and sustainable development, the ability to operate the related empirical data analysis and comparison research, through the analysis of the results of the study concluded that the listed companies in China media culture entertainment service industry average asset-liability ratio has certain negative influence on the long-term performance of listed companies, equity concentration is higher, also have positive long-term effects on development of long-term performance of listed companies.
