毕业设计（论文） 题目：吉利博越总装工艺分析 院 系： 专 业：车辆工程 学 号： 班 级： 姓 名： 指导老师： 2018年9月1日 汽车总装配工艺过程分析 摘要 在我国汽车工业日益增长的时代，国产汽车的保有量在近几年的发展中所占的比例越来越大了，但是对于国产汽车来说，虽然这几年发展很迅猛，但相比较发达国家，我们依旧落后很大，这是需要我们来进行加快发展速度追赶的，由此可以看得出，国产汽车的发展还有很大的进步。例如在汽车的质量方面，国外许多先进的技术就是我们要学习的，同时，在产量和质量的双重保证下也是国产汽车重大的突破。 一个国家工业发展究竟如何，汽车工业是其中较为重要的标志，同时汽车产业在国民经济中起着支柱产业。汽车是由发动机、底盘、电气设备、和车身四部分组成，这四部分是通过各种机电产品与化工产品相互结合而形成的一种集合体。在汽车工业中，其工艺主要包括：车身冲压、车身焊装、车身涂装，汽车总装配。 汽车总装配工艺作为汽车生产的最后一道工序，是汽车整体质量的关键。通过将现有的装配技术整理，分析，改进，配以文字，这样，每一位工人师傅就可以清晰有理的作业，从而来进行有条不紊的改进，这对于我国现在的汽车制造工业起很大的作用。 本文通过对“一个不忘，ECRS四大原则，和六大提问技术”的介绍，从而深刻了解了吉利汽车的总装工艺，以及装配生产产品的整个过程。本文对总装线的构成、设备、工艺布置、工装等的分析，从而寻找出主要影响汽车生产能力的原因，通过对新产品结构变化的方向以及市场需求的趋势，利用最经济合理的技术，再配备工厂现有的设施，最终实现生产纲领的目标。 关键词 产品的质量 装配 技术的要求 工艺 过程 设备 统一 In the era of Chinas automobile industry growing, the development of domestic car ownership in recent years the proportion of more and more big, but for domestic cars, although in recent years developing very rapidly, but compared with developed countries, we still lag behind a lot, it is need us to speed up the development after the, can see from this, the development of the domestic car also has the very big progress.
