SECTION 2：TUV Brake test 第二节 单靴制动测试 Introduction： This document will give guidance on how to perform the one brake shoe test. For TUV testing. 简介: 本文指导如何进行单靴制动测试。用于TUV测试。 The following tests that must be performed before this test is performed. 在执行此项测试之前必须完成以下测试。 Balance load checked 平衡载重检验。 Safety gear test. 安全钳装置测试。 125 % brake test. 125%负载制动测试。 Brake Test (100% load with one shoe) 制动测试（100%负载单靴制动） Remove 25% of the load on the elevator (100% load). 搬出轿箱内25%的负载（余下100%负载）。 Starting with 125% of load from previous test 125%负载制动测试完成后，进行此项测试 Position the car 150mm above the “repair position” via ERO 通过ERO模式，将轿厢行驶到高于“维修位置”150毫米处。 Repair position is.7 meter 维修位置：即轿顶高于顶层地坎0.7米的位置。 On ERO run the car down and trip the governor （Remote trip –EI） 以ERO模式操控轿厢下行，同时触动限速器。（通过EI操控板远程触动。） Make sure the car is on safeties 确保轿厢被安全钳夹持住。 Run the car down on ERO. The speed indicator will show speed feedback. 以ERO模式下行轿厢。速度指示将显示出速度反馈。 Access the top of car 进入轿顶。 Lift one half of the brake by inserting two bolts on the right side of the brake until they are tight 在抱闸右边插入两颗螺栓提起一侧抱闸，螺栓需插紧。 FIRST SHOE SECOND SHOE 第一个闸衬 第二个闸衬 Use LOBO platform if reaching the brake is an issue 如果不能靠近抱闸，则使用LOBO（工作）平台。 Get off the car 离开轿厢。 On MCB service tool 在MCB板上插接SVT工具： Module 2-9-3 键入M-2-9-3。 “No passengers” - Blue enter “无乘客”时-按蓝色回车键 Brake switch on/off - enter 抱闸开关开/闭-则按回车 B. S. disabled next 3 runs 抱闸开关不能连续运行3次 Blue 5 – clears the faults 按蓝色5键-清除故障 This s/w procedure allows the next 3 runs to be accomplished while holding off the brake shoe. If more runs are required the procedure can be repeated 当抱闸靴被支起时，抱闸开关程序只能允许动作3次。假如需要多次运行，可以重复此项程序。 Run the car up off safeties 轿厢上行，安全钳复位。 Open the door and re-set the SOS 打开厅门，复位SOS（安全钳开关）。 Use a long stick to re- set the switch. Do not get on top of the car to re-set the switch 用一根长杆复位此开关。不要走上轿厢顶复位此开关。 Reset OS, take off ERO 复位OS（轿顶急停开关），取消ERO操作模式。 Run car down 1 meter at contract speed, stop the car (Switch to ERO)e
