Introductory speech Hello everyone ! It ’s great honor for me to stand here and introduce myself. I’m XXX, 21 years old, and come from School of Information. As you know, we always have a lot of difficult courses to take everyday, too much homework and knowledge. So we don’t have enough free time··· Well, as for my interests, firstly, what I have to say is that I have passion in sleeping, because when lying in bed, you will feel cozy, another important reason why I love sleeping is that we are always suffering from learning tasks. I love playing basketball and running ,especially with listening to the gentle music. There is a feeling of soaring , I like it. Next, I will share an unforgettable experience with you, and it is this experience that makes me afraid of snakes. When I was 10 years old , on a sunny day in summer , I was playing a game called hiding and seeking with my partners, excited and happy. At the beginning of that game, I was always chosen to seek, which was less interesting, but this time, It was my turn to hide, with the sound of counting, I hid myself in the corner of the ruins. After 3 minutes, my partners had still not found me. At that time, I thought they could not find me forever, which gave me the immensely proud feeling. when I turned around ,a long green snake came into my sight, and it was close to me, I screamed:“help help”and rushed out of the ruins .when I found my partners and told them, the boldest one said:” let’s kill it ”,when we arrived at the ruins, we found the snake had run away. since then, when I meet with all kinds of snakes, the first thing I do is running away ,because I am afraid of them and hate them. this is my adventurous experience.
