COPD exacerbations have a significant impact on the patient’s quality of life and healthcare costs. Pender’s Health Promotion model (HPM) is a valuable theoretical framework that can guide healthcare professionals in promoting health and well-being among COPD patients during exacerbations. The present paper aims to discuss the application of Pender’s HPM in COPD exacerbations and the potential benefits of this model in promoting posi
