基于知-信-行理论下的健康教育门诊对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响 Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of health education clinics based on the KAP (knowledge, attitude, practice) theory on the self-management behavior of Type 2 diabetes patients. Method: A randomized controlled trial was conducted, which included 100 Type 2 diabetes patients from a hospital in China. The patients were divided into two groups: the intervention group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). The intervention group received health education clinics based on the KAP theory, while the control group received routine care. All participants completed a self-management behavior scale before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23.0. Results: The scores of knowledge, attitude, and practice in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention (p<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of self-management behavior in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Health education clinics based on the KAP theory can significantly improve the knowledge, attitude, and practice of Type 2 diabetes patients, and promote their self-management behavior. It is suggested that such clinics should be widely promoted to improve the quality of life of Type 2 diabetes patients.
