毕业设计（论文）说明书 题目：花卉包装机设计一一花卉传输部分的设计 随着人们生活水平的提高，鲜花这一类消费商品以逐步走进平常老百姓生活,鲜花的需求量也随之增高，云南是全国最大的花卉交易中心。然而这么一个国际花卉生产基地，半成品玫瑰花包装过程仍然是全手工，这导致花农的手总是伤痕累累，人力不够时，错过了最佳销售期的玫瑰花只能低价销售，造成严重的经济损失。在半成品玫瑰花包装方面，我们做了大量详细的调研。花农们迫切期望能有这样一台用于半成品玫瑰花的自动包装设备。 在此背景下，我团队以第七届全国大学生机械创新设计大赛为契机，设计并制作了半成品玫瑰花包装机的样机。用来代替传统的人工对玫瑰花半成品的包装工作，减少人工的劳动损伤，提高工作效率。 关键词：传送带；担花机构；推花机构；装订机构 ABSTRACT Withtheimprovementoflivingstandards,theconsumptionofgoodstoflowersgraduallyintotheordinarypeople,thedemandofflowersalsoincreased,theYunnanclimatewithitsgeographicaladvantagestothedevelopmentofflowerindustry,providingabout300000jobstoYunnanandflowers,theoutputvalueofnearly30billionyuan.However,suchanAsianFlowersaidtheinternationalflowerproductionbase,semi-finishedproductsrosepackagingprocessisstillmanual,andbecauseofitsownfactorsrose,canwearprotectiveglovesinthepackagingprocessofroseflower,whichhandisalwaysscarred,nothuman,missedthebestperiodofsalesroseonlylowsales,causingseriouseconomiclosses,whichisbecomingmoreandmoreapparent.Wehavedonealotofdetailedresearchonthepackagingofsemifinishedroses.Growersareeagertohavesuchatableisusedforautomaticpackagingequipmentofsemi-finishedproductsrose. Inthiscontext,myteamtooktheSeventhNationalCollegemechanicalinnovationdesigncompetitionasanopportunitytodesignandmanufactureaprototypeofsemifinishedrosepackagingmachine.Theutilitymodelmainlycomprisesaflowertransmissionpartandaflowerpackagepart,wherein,theflowertransmissionpartcomprisesaflowerdeliverybelt,abindingmechanism,aflowerpushingmechanismandaflowertakingmechanism.Theobjectoftheinventionistoprovideasemifinishedpackingmachineforroses,whichisusedtoreplacethetraditionalmanualpackagingofthesemi-finishedproductsofroses,therebyreducingmanuallabordamageandimprovingworkefficiency.
