＊ (:) [　]　【】(Atractomorp ha sinensis)(Acrida cinerea ) , 2 。【】2 , , , 2 。【】 6 , , , 36.84%;, , 24.82%。【】, 。 [] 　;;; [] 　Q964 []　A [] 　167 1-9387(2009)08-0191-04 A comparison of the gast ric cecum of A tractomorpha sinensis and Acrida cinerea (Ort hoptera:Acridoidea ) LIU Xiao-min , HE Hui,XI Gen -si (College of Lif e Science, Shaanxi Normal University ,X i′an, Shaanxi 710062, China) Abstract:【Objective】The paper described the sy stematic observation and comparison of the morpho- lo ical features of astric cecum betw een Acridacinerea and Atractomorp ha sinensis,and a new foundation w as provided to discuss possible si nificance of astric cecum structures in their phylo enetic relationship. 【Method】The insect w as dissected,and the len ths of alimentary canal of tw o species astric cecum w ere measured .Then the tissue slices of astric cecum w ere done, and the tw o species astric cecum structures were observed and compared.【Result】It has been found that there are 6 astric cecum s in both tw o spe- cies,the lon itudinal rid es in Atractomorp ha sinensis are much more developed,also, the arran ement of A tractomorp ha sinensiss di estive cells is ti hter and closer, the percenta e of the astric cecum of Atrac- tomorp ha sinensis takin in the len th of the alimentary canal is 36.84%, much more than that in Acrida cinereas.【Conclusion】Acrida cinerea and Atractomorp ha sinensis possess different morpholo ical fea- tures in astric cecum.T he astric cecum of Atractomorp ha sinensis is more developed than Acrida cine- reas,w hich means that the evolution status of Acrida cinerea is hi her than Atractomorp ha sinensiss.
