We shall be visiting Qingdao for two days and the coaches will leave from the front entrance to our building （9#） at 8:30 am. Please let me know by Friday, Oct. 20 at the latest whether you wish to come or not. If there are any free seats on the coaches they can be offered to your friends and relatives. In two days of fall outing, we will visit the following attractions: the Zhanqiao pier, Underwater World, May Fourth Square, and Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center and Sky Screen city. The coaches will leave Qingdao at 5 pm on the 22nd for the return journey. I hope the weather will be good and that the outing will prove as successful and enjoyable as last year’s. 2 The annual fall outing this year in our company has been arranged for Saturday,Oct 21st.We will travel to Xu Zhou for three days.we will visit The Huai Hai Campaign Memorial and some famous places which have a long history.Then we will go to the Wei Shan Lake.We will live and eat in the Zhong Shan Hotel during our travelling.All the expenses will be payed by the company.Those who want to take part in this fall outing should let me know before this weekend.All the members will be gathered in the train station at 8 pm and it will take about 8 hours to arrive there. 3 A two-week lecture series on Olympic economy will be held at the end of month. I make a request to attend it. Lecture series on Olympic economy is helpful. It will make me know more about the tendency of economy. What more, the information from lecture series will help me to finish my work more perfectly. In the long term, it will bring henefit to our department. I will do my best to finish my present work.
